Hi, my name is Timothy, and I’m 52 years old. I’ve lived with chronic obesity since I was just 13. For nearly four decades, I’ve struggled with my weight, trying countless diets and programs. Despite my efforts, obesity has taken a serious toll on my health, mobility, and quality of life.
Now, I’m at a critical point. My doctors have strongly recommended gastric bypass surgery as a life-saving measure. Along with the surgery, I also need a CPAP machine to manage my sleep apnea, which has been making it even harder to function day to day.
Unfortunately, I don’t have the financial means to cover these essential medical costs. The cost of the surgery, the pre-op and post-op care, and the CPAP machine is overwhelming — and that’s why I’m reaching out to you for help.
This isn’t just about losing weight. It’s about surviving and finally getting a chance to truly live. Every dollar brings me closer to the care I need and a future where I can walk, breathe, and move without pain.
Your donation will go directly toward:
-
Gastric bypass surgery and related medical costs
-
A CPAP machine and necessary supplies
-
Transportation to and from appointments
-
Post-surgery follow-up care and nutritional support
Please consider donating or sharing this campaign. With your help, I can start a new chapter — one where I’m healthier, stronger, and no longer trapped by the weight I’ve carried for so long. I have tried to raise funds here before, but has not been successful. I am hoping that I am able this time around.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
With gratitude,
Timothy Rogers
