My daughter Malia is a twelve year old standard 5 beautiful child that has lost her confidence and refuses to smile because she is suffering from a rare dental disorder which if left untreated may loose all her teeth by age 18 years.

Findings: 1 Congenitally missing Treatment: maintenance of primary dentition until skeletal maturity for rehabilitation.
Findings: 2 Irreversible Pulpitus Secondary to trauma Treatment: Root Canal Treatment with Post and Core.

Phase 1 treatment:
LL6 Root Canal Treatment

Phase 2 treatment:
Periodic checks at six months interval to prevent premature exfoliation of primary dentition for which the permanent dentition is congenitally missing until eighteen years of age.

Phase 3 treatment:
Should there be premature exfoliation of primary dentition before age of eighteen, placement and maintenance of Orthodontic appliance.

Phase 4 treatment:
Rehabilition of dentition between 18 - 21 years
Options varied from implants to removable dentures.
Cost will be determined then.
