  • These funds are to help my 9yr old daughter Faith who is in need of getting a hip surgery done. Due to the method of her delivery I had to undergo an Emergency C-Section to have her, where she developed a Brain Bleed which caused her to be diagnosed with Spastic Quadriplegia Cerebral Palsy. Unfortunately without this surgery she will not be able to stand ,sit properly, ride bike, swim or even continue to make little steps to walk these are some of the things she doing but due to her spasticity of her joints caused a deformity in her left hip which caused her hip to be dislocated. I'm a single parent and I'm the only one to care for her, it is in her best interest to have this surgery done on her as soon as possible. The amount needed is mention at the above for her surgery and medical treatment @ St. Clair Medical Centre. We will appreciate any financial assistance given in order for my daughter to have her hip surgery done so she can start back doing the things she use to do. Thank you all in advance for any help given.
