Jabaari Cooper is a seven-year old, who was born with, what appears to be, Marfan syndrome, a geneic condition involviving the body's connective tissues. Up to age five (5) he has undergone eight corrective surgeries, including open heart surgeriy, PDA on the heart through the left shoulder, eye surgeries in both eyes, 3 harnia surgeries,. He presently has "Scoliosis" with a 50 degree bend of the spine.
The cost of correcting this at the Princess Elizabeth Home, which includes a back brace is $25,000 TT.
