I am writing to you today with a heavy heart. I am reaching out to you in the hopes that you will be able to help me and my family during a time of great need.
Recently, my spouse was diagnosed with Cancer. The medical bills have been overwhelming and we are struggling to make ends meet. Despite spouse's best efforts, the illness has progressed and we have exhausted all of our savings. We have been forced to make difficult choices, such as cutting back on groceries and forgoing necessary medical treatments.

We are doing everything we can to keep our heads above water, but it's been a constant struggle. I have exhausted all of my options and I am at a loss for what to do next.
