Every day, survivors of narcissistic abuse suffer in silence, confused, broken, and unsure of where to turn. At the Trinidad and Tobago Narcissistic Awareness and Healing Foundation (TTNAHF), we are dedicated to breaking that silence.
Through workshops, community outreach, retreats, and one-on-one support, we’ve helped over 150 individuals begin their healing journeys — but many more are waiting and suffering in silence. Your donation will go directly toward covering the cost of hosting healing workshops in underserved communities, providing educational resources, offering emotional support to survivors, and giving hope to those who’ve endured emotional manipulation and psychological trauma.
