Nigel is currenlty unemployed due to Covid. Lost health benefits and haven't work in a year and a half. He has be diagnosed with blockage in the uninary tract and this is causing infection and inflamination in the kidney. Money was borrowed to do some medical procedures to circumvent the surgery that has not yet yeilded the needed results. Because of this, surgery is still required.
