Before Covid-19, I had a plan, to sing and save money to pay for tuition, because I was aiming for my Bachelors in Business Management. I was searching for a job since 2018, but I got nothing. I continue to search till this day, and of the multiple applications I have made to numerous places, I have not been successful.

On March 13th 2019, I got about 20 different phone calls, from Jazz Concerts to Restaurants and Casinos where I sang, apologizing about having to cancel all gigs due to Covid-19. My entire world came crashing down. I had just returned from paying my rent and respective bills in POS, so there was not a cent left in my account.

Despite all of that, by the grace of God, some friends, some grants and stuff, I was able to pull through all of it, until November 2020. That was the moment where the hopelessness began to sink in. No job, no income, no money, no sousou, nothing and the rent is piling up.

This apartment is my home, I have applied to HDC and got nothing so far, I have no where to turn. I am not ashamed to say these things because I know that I have done my best, and I will continue to do my best. Today I am facing eviction and I cannot just sit by and lose my home.

I am asking for assistance please. A contribution as far as you can reach, to help me to keep my apartment.
