The Rebel Chef TT is the dream of a wonderful young woman I have the pleasure of calling my Fiance. She has an unstoppable passion for baking and has created several new and unique items over the years which were recieved wonderfully by both customers and her then employer. I have always supported her dream of starting her own business, a dream which we were saving up to make into a reality. Unfortunately with the arrival of the COVID-19 pandemic these plans and hopes came to a screeching halt., with her being the manager of a cafe and myself working for a company which distributed packaging products for restaraunts and food businesses, the pandemic hit both of hard, in the end resulting in boht of us losing our jobs. In the 20 months since, we have both worked a few different places but any income we make has gone into bills and necessities. We have been lucky enough to get some of the structure up, working in our free time and buying up small amounts of material, but its still not enough. A alot of work and material is still needed for us to start.
