Oliver "Stumpy" Chapman, veteran vocalist from the popular band WIldfire of the 60s and 70s hits WACK virtual stages on Tuesday 28th July, 2020. The chartriding band was well known backthen for hits such as Come on Down, We Are All God's Children, Old Man River and Try Making Love. Chapman himself migratedto the US in 1987 and after some time eventuallysettled in New Jersey. In 2014 he released his own album entitled A Life of Words & Music, which comprises 11 of Chapman's compositions, plus two tracks by Winsford "Joker" Devine and Samuel Archer, as well four bonus tracks and remixes.
