This campaign has been estabished to assist Carlos Modeste who has been diagnosed with end stage renal failure and is currently on dialysis. My name is Carlos and I have recently been diagnosed with renal failure. My doctors advised that I need a Kidney Transplant urgently. In the absence of this procedure I will not survive.
