On Sunday May 2nd I became the proud father of a beautiful baby boy, Jayden Franklyn Lewis. However, Jayden has not been able to come home as he has a very serious heart malformation that affects the way his blood becomes oxygenated. Jayden requires extensive surgery on his heart before he can have a chance at a normal life with his family. I need your help to give my son that chance.
