I'm Ria and I'm campaigning on behalf of my mother Bernadine John. This is too cover her medical expenses. I'll give you a brief history about her. Bernadine John was born August 29th 1953. She is diabetic, hypertensive, has two stents in the heart, suffered two strokes unknowningly but with that she developed Bell's palsy ( this is a type of facial paralysis that results in a temporary inability to control the facial muscles on the affected side of the face. In most cases, the weakness is temporary and significantly improves over weeks.) over time she was able to get the facial muscles under control but not 100%. She was diagnosed with an acute liver disease and her kidneys developed an infection. She's currently at the hospital and is being a candidate for dialysis treatment, a part from that she has a number of test to do in which some she has to pay for.
​​​​​Due to the diabetes she is experiencing diabetic blindness (according to her eye doctor at the ENT clinic San Fernando) but this can be treated with a series of injections to the eyes. It's ( 8 injections that's in each eye @800 for one every two weeks) and 1200 when she has to see the doctor and she has to see him twice in-between. Having to go through all of this she became a widow on February 21st 2024. I'm not asking for much, I'm only asking for a generous contribution to be made to help my mum get through this trying time.
