On October 22nd 2025, Akanath Singh was involved in a vehicular accident on the Highway North Bound Lane where he suffered severe head lash and other minor injuries. Since the accident, Akanath has been suffering from constant head pains, blurred vision, dizziness, weakness, lower spinal pains and gastrointestinal bleeding on 2 occasions in the past 3 months.

Akanath has been seeing a specialist Neurosurgeon as well as a specialist Psychiatrist and is currently being treated with different medications. He has to undergo various medical tests; MRI, Brain Scan (Contrast), as well as other medical examinations which has burdened him with a lot of medical bills and lost of work.

Akanath Singh is a well known Agronomist in Trinidad and Tobago and has been assisting alot of farmers and home gardeners across the Country through the practice of his profession.
